RE/MAX Anchor Realty Opens North Port Office

 

While most news is still centered around a challenging real estate market and downsizing or closing businesses, RE/MAX Anchor Realty is relocating its office to a larger space in the North Port Commons, 14806 Tamiami Trail, North Port.

 

            “We are continuing our growth despite the fact that some regard this as a tough real estate market,” said Debra Meredith-Peters, co-owner and managing broker. “We’re seeing improvements in our brokerage and improvements in our units that we’re selling, but also an increase in the volume of sales in the overall market compared to the same period last year.”

            According to vice president and manager of the North Port office, Becky Dewey, the move comes as part of an expansion plan that will open up new opportunities for the company.

            “We are excited for our agents and believe this will allow them the opportunity to better serve their customers,”  Dewey said.
